Return & Refund Policy — Livome

Thank you for shopping with Livome.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every order reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

However, due to the nature of skincare products, please read our policy carefully.

1. Non-Returnable Products

All Livome products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

This is because:

  • Skincare items fall under hygiene-sensitive categories

  • Products cannot be resold once opened, used, or tampered with

  • We prioritize customer safety and product integrity

Therefore, we do NOT accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of texture, fragrance, or ingredients

  • Personal preference issues

  • Discounted or promotional purchases

2. Returns Allowed Only in Exceptional Cases

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a leaking or spilled product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order is missing items

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Proof Required for Issue Resolution

To process a replacement, share:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos of:

    • The product

    • Outer packaging

    • Invoice

    • Damage or issue

Without valid proof, we may be unable to process the claim.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The item is out of stock

  • We cannot replace the defective item

  • Order cancellation occurs before dispatch

Refunds (when applicable):

  • Are processed back to the original payment method

  • Take 5–7 business days to reflect depending on your bank

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved (damage/wrong item only):

  • Livome will arrange the pickup

  • You will not be charged for return shipping

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

  • COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
